I love watching the sunset and photographing it. I have two different fields near me where I love to go.

These are some of the creatures that I have seen recently.
In the 1930’s the Iris was chosen the state flower of Tennessee by state lawmakers even though the Passion flower had been named state flower 14 years earlier by a state commission. In 1973 the state legislature orchestrated a compromise and named the Iris Tennessee’s state cultivated flower. These beauties are what are growing in my garden.
My neighbor has the most beautiful roses growing in her front yard.
Recently I purchased a light table on Amazon to use for photography. My first project with it was photographing tulips and tulip petals.
Once I started playing with fast shutter speed for my @52Frames Weekly Photography Challenge ~ I tried shooting raindrops.
I love shooting dandelions ~ my neighbors have gotten used to me laying in the grass, in the curb or where ever with my camera! They probably think I’m nuts but I don’t care!
