That last series of images showcases a Dodge Job Rated pickup, something from the late 1940s are early 1950s. This machine has a long bed, which indicates it may have been a three-quarter-ton hauler. Mopar trucks of that era had what was called a “wheelhouse cab” — ie, it was as tall as the wheelhouse in a boat. The reputed reason? So the farmer driving to town could operate his truck and not take off his hat. That explanation works for me. Great pics.
Great pictures
Thank you.
