This is my rescue dog Baxter. He adopted me in April 2014. I was volunteering at Chicago Pet Rescue because I had just lost my 2 golden retrievers from old age and needed to fill a void in my life. I was only supposed to pick him up from his foster family and transport him to an adoption event. Obviously I failed because this little nugget has been my little ride or die buddy ever since. ❤️❤️❤️ please consider adopting a shelter dog. They will enrich your life in ways that you can’t even imagine.
